There are a few things you want to keep in mind when approaching a girl. Here are a few things you can do to help your chances when approaching a girl. If you follow these simple tips, you’ll show value right off the bat.
1. If you wait around till a girl is alone to talk to her, her friends will soon come back and carry her away.
2. Don’t stare at her for more than three seconds before you walk up to her. Hesitate, and you’ll either creep her out or get inside your own head and chicken out.
3. Don’t be afraid to walk up and talk to her if there are guys in the group. Often, you’ll discover that she’s with family, friends, or co-workers.
4. Don’t start off the conversation by saying you’re sorry. “Pardon me” and “I’m Sorry but ” are not good ways to start a conversation.
5. Don’t give her a generic compliment. Instead, start off the conversation with a story or a question. An example would be; ask to suggest the name for a three legged cat or a store that sells 70’s memorabilia. It may sound corny, but everybody loves to give their opinion.
6 DO NOT BUY HER A DRINK.
7. Try not to touch her right away. Let her touch you and say with a smile, “Hey now, hands off the merchandise.”
8. Don’t lean in or hover over her with your body. Stand up straight and lean back if you can, if the music’s too loud or she’s seated, simply speak louder.
9. Asking her questions like what she does for a living, or where she’s from, is a good way to bore her to death. Don’t do it.
10. Don’t focus all your attention on her when she’s with other people. Talk to everyone in the group. If her friends like you, she will too.
